Prices and Conditions
➧ Prize for one night in a single/double room: from Euro 80 to Euro 180, breakfast included;
➧ Addition of an extra bed: Euro 30 per night;
➧ Little bed until 3 years old for free;
➧ Pet rate: Euro 15 per day;
Tourist tax: 1,5 euro for 1 day for 1 person, excluded under 14th years old.
Invoicing: on request we can issue the invoice. We kindly ask you to promptly provide the header data and any other information, otherwise we will be forced to issue the simple receipt which will not be possible to cancel.
Availability range: 6 double rooms and 3 single rooms;
➧ Check-in: from 3pm to 6pm
➧ Check-out: until 11am
In case of need, different arrival or departure times can be agreed, in case of late CHECK-OUT (after 8pm until midnight) will be applied a supplement of 15 euro per person;
No smoking area: inside the structure and inside the rooms.
General informations
Breakfast: is a choice between sweet (typical homemade cakes) and savoury (local cheeses and cold cuts) from 8am to 10am.
The room includes: bed linen, bath linen (guest towel, face towel and shower towel), shampoo and shower gel;
The room cleaning is carried out whenever the customer requests it. Hang the “Please, make up the room” tag on the entrance of the door.
The beds size is 2mx1,80m and the mattresses are in Memory, to ensure maximum comfort to our guests.
Reception time is from 3pm to 6pm. We are always available to answer your questions and to give you advice on places to visit and typical restaurants where you can taste traditional dishes.
Animals are welcome, but you can not let them sleep on the bed, so on request we can provide a bunk to be comfortable in the room. You can let them run in the vineyard, paying attention to our chickens, and outside, near the Reception, you will find a special basket for their waste.
The location of our Agritourism is on a hill, ideal place to have the view of the city and all the hills around. In order to reach us easily our advice is to get there by own vehicle or a taxi.
Pool
Pool: Free exclusive access for the guests of the agriturismo at the times established by the Regulation.
GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE USE OF THE POOL The opening period depends on the wheather, generally is from May the 31st to September the 31st included. The pool stays open from 8am to 8pm, with exclusive access for the guests of the Agritourism. To allow everyone to enjoy the quiet of the place we ask you to avoid shouting, diving and doing dangerous acts for yourselves and for others.
MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED AND SUPERVISED BY AT LEAST ONE ADULT.
The Management is exempt from any responsibility for any accident caused by the violation of one or more of the rules and prohibitions listed above and reserves the right to remove offenders from the pool area.
Payments
It is required a 50% prepayment, to be made 10 days before arrival.

Reservations and cancellations
Booking requests via our form will be confirmed directly by email.
A deposit will be required to confirm the reservation by bank transfer, the remaining will be paid at check-out.
If the guest wishes to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact us directly. Cancellation will be free of charge up to 10 days before arrival, after the deadline the deposit will be retained.
